Dear Arena Breakout Support Team, 1 am writing to bring your attention to an issue regarding a charge of 41 DKK, which has been deducted from my account without me receiving the product 1 paid for The payment was supposed to be for an Elite Pass, but it is not available on my account. I am very disappointed that I have been charged without receiving what I paid for, and I expect a quick resolution to this issue.
