This has been a huge productivity boon for me. It is a great complete ecosystem for voice to text plus AI summary. The sharing and other app functions make it easy to action the data that is generated. It is NOT restricted to only files from the device which adds tremendous flexibility. The only thing in trying to figure out is how to intercept/record audio from a headset. Looking forward to a new device that can help with that. I use this as an accessibility tool as my hearing is poor.

I’ve been following Plaud AI for a while and finally bought the physical device on Amazon. Totally worth the wait. What truly sets it apart is that it doesn’t rely on my phone’s OS or app permissions to record calls. A huge win after struggling with other apps that were unreliable or inconsistent. The desktop app and customizable templates make organizing and reviewing calls easy and efficient. I wish the connectivity of the NotePin was more stable, the app needs dark mode.

My plaud only connects once to my phone. Then, if I want to reconnect, I have to restart my phone. Connecting should have an easier process than that. Besides that, I have the plaud notepin and always wear it like a watch. Its incredibly useful for recording business meetings or key note speakers. I bought a black wristband off of Amazon because the white one didn't look good with the black plaud. The plastic case on the wristband could use aesthetic improvement.
