I've been a Etisalat customer for so long. But I always get disappointed when I call customer support. Recently I upgraded my e-life plan and received faulty router(sercomm), and wifi works intermittently. I used the automated trouble shooting service many times, but no luck. Called customer support many times, Since the router is working intermittently, I realized there is no way that I get support from Etisalat. So I ended-up buying a good router my-self and fixed the issue. 😞

For a company that takes obscene amounts of money from its customers due to the monopoly, you could afford to make a better app. I have been trying to pay my bills for 2 days now, the app wouldn't add a second credit card. The website login doesn't work. Paid without login using QuickPay and the amount wasn't credited to my account.......

Mostly it's just a very annoying advertising platform. Functions like top up and other services are not central as they should be. Instead, the space is given over to ads and promotions. Plus, it doesn't work well - keeps logging me off, slow to respond, etc.
