Branch offers users the ability to access Greenhouse, ("Greenhouse"), which is a digital marketplace platform hosted and managed by MoneyLion by MoneyLion Technologies, Inc. (collectively, "MoneyLion"). Greenhouse allows workers to browse and apply for various financial products or services offered through MoneyLion by its partner organizations. MoneyLion displays personal loans in the marketplace with repayment terms from 12 months to 84 months and APR ranges from 5.99% to 35.99%. For example, if you receive a $10,000 loan with a 60-month term and a 16.21% APR, your required monthly payment would be $244.30 ($135.09 Principal + $109.21 Interest). Assuming all 60 payments are made on time, the total amount paid would be $14,657.87. All loan offers provided by MoneyLion require your application and approval by the lender. Depending on the lender, other fees may apply, such as origination fees or late payment fees. See lender’s terms and conditions for additional details. You may not qualify for the lowest rates or the highest offer amounts or may not qualify for a loan at all.

Customer service / help desk is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Had a glitch during the set up. Account has been locked ever since. I've emailed, called and tried to chat. However no one has been able to unlock my account. They keep telling me another team handles that issue. But issue isn't being handled. I'm losing money because of this!!!!

they use Plaid, which asks you to directly log into your banking app rather than just conventional routing and account number. Plaid also won't let me log into my mobile banking app apparently because biometrics are not turned on? And the "free" atm recommendation still said it needed a $3.50 fee to get money out of it. seems really hard for the app user to get their money transferred without fees and I'd rather not use this 3rd party app to get paid.

After a couple months of not using the app, it booted me off and made logging back in impossible. It refused to send the verification code to my phone and when I tried to change the phone number, it said my phone number was invalid. THEN, I tried creating a new account, but when I was prompted to select the workplace I was at when I used Branch, Wendy's (my old workplace) was just missing entirely from the list. This app is almost comically difficult to use.
