I just placed my first pickup order, so we'll see how that goes. I do notice that items are harder to search for because they aren't tagged with alternative names. For example, I was looking for "toilet paper" but it only came up under "bath tissue" which is not something I normally call it. Adding in a tagging method (even if invisible to users) would be great.

I love fresh thyme and really want to use their app. But it never seems to work. When I put groceries in the cart they dissappear. Then it freezes when I try to go through pick up. It's kinda just a bad experience. I look forward to them fixing it though because I'm going to use it all the time. Just waiting to be able to order groceries from it one day...

Doesn't want to finish downloading. Tried a couple of times. Update 2-6-23: App wouldn't update, so I removed the app. Tried again. Tried to change my password but never sent the email to change it. So, now signed in as a new account. The loyalty card is in personal information. I really don't get that one! You can see my address before I can tap loyalty! NOT SAFE AT ALL!
