Overall easy to use but not entirely user friendly. There is nothing that tells you not to pay in the app. It's a Cash Only Service. Also, theres not an option to communicate with your barber via chat or a way to reschedule.

Erik did awesome job on my hair cut wouldn't go anywhere else but to Chad's barber shop to get my hair cut
