Only still have this app downloaded for the old content. I've been VIP before, played through nearly 1000 chapters of stories, and loved it. New content is horrendous AI garbage. Faces look uncanny and disturbing, backgrounds are unfinished and don't make sense (floorboards have uneven lines, ceiling beams disconnect and run into each other, text is incomprehensible and there are random things scattered around). This app will die a slow and painful death without artists. Highly disappointed.

I've read Choices books off and on since 2017 and this app is unrecognizable now. Suddenly they are churning out repetitive books by obviously using AI for sprites, backgrounds, and covers - the Choices style of storytelling is no longer present in the new books, both visually and narratively. The recent lack of diversity in order to appeal to a less open minded audience is equally egregious. It is worth playing the older stories, but I would avoid the boring - and frankly disturbing - AI books.

I've had Choices on and off my phone for years. The stories are entertaining and there's a huge variety of settings/plots for the stories, which I love. Unfortunately, they recently changed the amount of free crystals players can get from watching ads every day down to only 10 instead of the previous 100. I dont really feel inclined to keep the app now that theres no way to get a reasonable amount of crystals for expensive additional selections in stories without paying.
