Run around and trickery. I never purposely purchased an ANNUAL membership. I cancelled my membership last month, only to find out today I had to pay the full amount for a year. They charged my bank account and I'm super frustrated bc I never intended to, nor would I have knowingly, purchased a full year membership. NOW they are telling me that's what I "supposedly" did. I tried very hard to read the information carefully bf signing up. I'm not a stupid person!! I feel tricked and robbed.

works great, but, overall, outside of nothings free, I don't see any long-term reason to keep this app. definitely not used enough to warrant subscription or paying multiple fees. which is sad because the apps are really awesome and could help a vast variety of people, but it's just paying to find something/one you will have to pay for again. there's not much to explore or varify without paying for premium. great app, just pay $ then more $ followed by more $!

after a miss understanding with a subscription I was worried I would never see my money again but luckily Rocket lawyers excellent customer service was able to refund my money. besides that the service was great the app is intuitive and it provided me with everything I needed during the trial subscription will definitely re-subscribe in the future.
