Evernort lags behind competitors like Castlight in terms of integration. Castlight incorporates care and plan information within its app, eliminating the need to navigate to separate provider sites. Evernorth could significantly improve user experience by offering this functionality. Additionally, a bug has prevented me (and many others, based on past reviews) from connecting to Google Fit after getting a new phone. This issue has persisted for over six months according to other reviews. FIX IT

Horrible! I feel like nothing works on it. I can only manually track steps and sleep, which doesn't give me full points. I got tired of trying to get it to communicate with MyFitness Pal, so I downloaded Google fit. Now I can't get past "Connect to Google Fit" screen. I see I am not the only one with this problem. Really frustrating, I miss castlight!

It is stuck on the connect to Google fit screen and even when I try to do it, the screen does not move and I can't bypass this screen and actually log in. I've un-installed several times. Tried to check my Google fit settings, with no avail. I have to use this app for my job and it's useless. Just dead space taken up on my phone. Don't even know how to reach support
