One thing after another. I understand that upgrades must be made, but time after time we would make our way to a street car pick up site noting when it was to arrive but it never did. If you are going to make changes due to construction that should be reflected on the app instead of phantom cars never showing up. Twice we had to call an Uber for 6 people out of frustration of no show streetcar after spending money on the 3 day jazzy pass.

Still no difference. I keep encountering busses that are late, off schedule, blow past the stop, or some other screw up with the scheduling system. I've managed to make it on time where I was planning to go this month once. Just once. Also took a trip and typed airport looking to fly out of MSY and the directions brought me to the old airport. Need to differentiate between the two. One gets you where you're going the other to a parking garage. Still a problem 2.5+yrs in. Missed 7 today.

Only useful if there are no issues. However, if a stop is closed, the info on which are closed are not reliably communicated (superbowl closed stops), bus drivers don't seem to follow set detours and you can end up waiting at a stop that is "open" but never get picked up. And if a bus has a detour, the tracking feature is useless as the busses are not tracked. Which makes it impossible to catch one.
