Much improved! The app used to be a real pain to use, but they've got things running smoothly. Now it's a breeze to use. My only complaint is that when I order online for pick-up in store, it never shows my name on my phone screen when they ask me to confirm the order is mine. They keep having to find the order number and compare instead. Apparently, it doesn't happen with anyone else, just me. Doesn't happen on delivery orders though, just pickup orders. I'm just lucky I guess. 😂

I waited 2 and a half hours just for them to cancel my order. Their app messed up at the store, and showed the order as delivered. I asked for delivery and their only offer was to remake the food IF I WENT TO THE STORE MYSELF. I'm working, that's why I ordered delivery. Don't download this app or order from them. They don't care if they waste your time or even try to make things right.

I think probably my only issue is that when I click to add a reward to my order, I have to manually go through the menu and add it to my bag rather than it asking me to customize/confirm the item right then and adding it to my order. Other than that, it's a great app. I love that you can add points from a purchase afterwards. Sometimes my husband surprises us with Panda 😅
