Update: I upgraded my review as I updated the app. Turns out the menu button wasn't working either and the update helps! Still a bit cluttered and I can't figure how to remove a card. Why is this so difficult to use? It takes me about 10 minutes to figure out where to find my "wallet." I find the layout very cluttered and not user-friendly, and am fairly tech knowledgeable. I'm no wizard, but I can find my way around apps fairly easily. Not this one. Once I do, it works well.

I don't know why!!!! But sometimes paypal won't let me transfer money from my debit to paypal balance. 10 minutes later, or it could be a whole day later! It's very annoying! The message would tell me we are having trouble with the transaction, try it with a different card... well, my card is just fine, and I have I money in my account. Paypal is the only thing I can use on my tap and go Google pay when I forget my debit card at home. And I don't like the 2 steps to verify

Wish I'd tried using PayPal a long time ago! It makes everything so easy whether it's paying bills, sending money anywhere and even having money directly into my savings each month, an amount and on a date that I choose, without my even realizing it. I don't notice the money being gone and if I forget it's there, it doesn't get spent on things I really don't need anyhow. I've tried some of the other cash apps and PayPal is by far the easiest to manage and understand.
