The app itself could use better engineers. I haven't been able to log into the app for several weeks. It's just a gray screen. I have a regular cleaner from the app we've been using for months and she's great and reliable. But the app needs some serious TLC. You also can't put in your own credits for recurring services so they basically discourage using the same person, so probably not great for cleaners. I have to reach out to customer service each time I want them to apply a credit.

The app doesn't even work. First it wouldn't go past the initial "get started" slides. I restarted it, then it just hung on the "locating" screen. I tried enabling location, restarted again, and still didn't work. Can't click on anything else, so the app can't be used at all. I could have just inputted the location where I wanted the work done, but no. Uninstalled, gonna look at Thumbtack instead.

1. The app is extremely slow to start up. Takes literally seven seconds to get past the blank screen (on Pixel 8 Pro running latest Android). 2. Task's fee is not shown until after you pay for a task. Seems illegal. 3. Tasks don't have a status. Eg. my task has been completed, half a day later, still don't know what it'll cost me (what tasker reported) and the task status (if such thing exists) hasn't changed at all.
