So far it was great. No I'm concerned that I'm not getting all of my money. Called today and the customer service rep said they're working on updates to the software / app... I'm missing close to $40. That's from two shifts. That will add up fast if this keeps going.. and I hope it doesn't so I don't have to make other calls to get this sorted out. Loved it until this. Been using the app for well over 6 months with little to no issue that wasn't resolved fast. But this is different..

I Really liked it at first until 2 months ago. They fixed the issue I had before. then a week and a half later, same issue. I can't see my earnings anymore. Made like 4 to 5 tickets with them and they keep closing it for some reason without even fixing the problem. Been going on for like 2 weeks now and I'm done with this app. If i can give it zero stars, I would.

dailypay It's good if you have a bank that doesn't provide the advantage of getting your money 2 days before that, but if you use Chime or some other bank that gives you the advantage of getting paid earlier, I don't recommend it since DailyPay holds the check until the last minute to release it, they don't reset the cycles on time, everything is a disaster, before Daylipay worked well, now I don't know what's happening, they're doing everything wrong.

Hey, your Pay Balance in your DailyPay account will be updated after each work shift. You can transfer money from your Pay Balance to your bank account/pay card anytime you want. Whatever money is left over will automatically be paid to you on your next payday as Remainder Pay. Feel free to email us at support@dailypay.com with any questions.
