I've been waiting over two months for my second round of aligners, and it's been incredibly frustrating. It's nearly impossible to reach a representative, and when I do, there's little to no effort to actually help. The app shows the aligners shipped over a month ago, but the FedEx tracking number comes up as invalid. To make matters worse, the "Chat with Us" option in the app doesn't even work anymore—it seems like the feature has been removed entirely.

The people themselves are incredibly helpful in getting back to you on time and helping you figure out what steps you need to take. But the camera quality on the app is absolutely abysmal. The second you launch the camera app the pictures wind up terrible and I doubt their dental professionals can see anything that you're submitting. Without any change I'm seriously concerned about people being able to show real examples of their teeth.

The app kind of does it's own thing. It operates at about 30%. In the same screen it tells me that I am both DONE with my aligners and waiting on my retainers as well as telling me I am on day 3 of step 4 of 6 with my current aligners. The info contradicts itself and is also incorrect. (I'm on day 4 of step 5) The hyperbite has never synced with the app. Ever. Not once. On the + side, It has an attractive interface.
