whoever is in charge of app development needs to be fired. now they force update to new version with no search, no favorite, and adding an item ot coupon requires a dozen taps. like their goal is the worst experience possible. auto change order location from where you manually chose to somewhere else while driving. coupons that actually make something cost more than regular price. I'm so sick of this. every update makes it worse. just let us use an old version that works or I'm boycotting.

Do not use this app! It is very buggy. You cannot cancel orders thru the app and even calling the store to cancel you will get charged. The location can change on you midorder. To get a refund you have to call corporate & then they open an investigation, ultimately having the store call you. Then you physically have to go to the store to have a refund processed. Absolutely ridiculous for a company of this size to have such a disaster of an mobile app & to make the refund so difficult.

Only allows in-store pickup! I used to be able to pick up in the drive-through, and my location's drive-through window still asks if I have a mobile order. So it's not a location issue, it's an app issue. There is nowhere to change the option. I tried change on the location, and it lists pickup options there but does not let me select a different option. On the other hand, I've saved a lot of money and broken my habit of getting McDonald's several times a week on the way to and from work!
