Phone number it gives for appointment doesn't work. Can't send messages regarding appointment. Can't send messages to my Dr that I need to even though it is not during the maintenance time it is showing in the app. Spent a bunch of time making the detailed message to the Dr and then it won't send and if you go back you lose what you wrote. I'm assuming it was designed to be frustrating for the user almost as if it wants to make for a bad user experience.

This app is IMPOSSIBLE to get working and the phone number for supports non function like the. It seems the optum app is as lacking as all optum support. Tried again no access no support. An example of optum substandard support and going from a bad app to a worse app. Thanks Now 6 months later a response from Optum telling me they are working on it. USELESS!

I was recently migrated from "Follow My Health" app to this app. I used to be able to contact my caregivers in a format convenient for BOTH them and myself. This was the single most important and qualitative feature of my Health care. Since moving to MyOptum I have not been able to contact caregivers outside of calls to their staff, and leaving msgs. This app currently just shows blank screens once any option is selected. This app is Awful. Moved to 1 star.
