The latest iteration of this app is much worse than before. It's somewhat glitching, having to press accounts multiple times before being able to access it. Transfers to outside banks seems to be down quite a bit, making it impossible for me to transfer monies to outside accounts without having to call Texas Trust, not a pleasant job since their phone operations also leave much to be desired. I'm actually considering banking elsewhere due to these issues.

Don't sign up for the bonus checking account. They have enough loop holes added in to avoid paying out claims when they occur. I tried to put in a claim for my phone repair, as it is an awesome added perk to the checking account that is included in your monthly $10 fee that they will reimburse you for stolen or damaged phone repairs. Or so I thought. On entering my claim they took less than 48 hours to find a way to wiggle out of paying the claim. They don't care about their clients.

I'm only giving three stars because you need to add a feature where we can make payments to our Texas Trust accounts. Every other financial institution I have accounts with, I can attach either a debit card or account and routing number from another financial institution, and simply make a payment with the app without having to go online. Your website is not very user-friendly to make payments either. Otherwise the app always works flawlessly when I want to check my available balance.
