Awful. I have more glitches and problems with this app compared to any other food ordering app. Want to log in? Error. want to sign up? Error. Want to claim points for the purchase you just placed? Error. So basically, it's worthless being a member because the app won't let you log in to save the points. Or it'll act like it's going to work and then crash. I've been having this problem since December, have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still nothing. Very Upsetting...

I keep trying to use this app and it doesn't work. For one you'd think Subway of all businesses would have a "Build your own" tab. But even if I try to select a menu item... Nothing happens. At all. I've tried tapping, holding, swiping, even tried seeing if I have to drag the item to the bag icon. But there's no response to anything I do. What's the point of this app if I can't even place an order?

Not a fan of having the additional instructions box taken away. For example, it's already bad enough that when you order cheese on your sandwich, you can only choose one, and if you get extra it has to be the same type. But now you can't even specify in the instruction box that you want two types. If you can order it that way in person, it should be available to do on the app. Unacceptable. Terrible design, too many limitations.
