I really like the game, and have worked through 50+ scenarios. However, the game has stopped working. It will no longer launch. 😪 I cannot get to the Settings, as suggested by the developer, because the app won't launch. And I have already written to the "help line" - twice! Make that 4 times, without even an acknowledgment of receipt! Months have passed, with no response to any of my emails. Game still won't launch, so I have to delete it. Too bad!

Dear Roth, we're truly sorry. To help resolve it, please try clearing the cache of the Tile Family app or uninstalling and reinstalling it. After launching the app again, a “progress conflict” pop-up should appear—please tap the “sync” button and check if it has been restored. The game was easy, and then it got challenging with every level. It can take a while to get even 1 point, and there are some issues. When you're forced to watch an ad to get more space or coins, and you watch the ad, then you X out of the ad, it usually goes right back to the beginning of the game and you lose your progress for that particular level. Plus, the ads for Temu are obnoxious, and when you try to X out, it takes you right to their site, and again, you lose your progress. Still fun!

Every time I get several chips or coins accumulated your game locks up. Next thing I know it takes over 3000 chips from me that I didn't ask for.... Not happy about this happening. Please fix whatever is causing your game to lock up. Also I wish you'd get rid of the Temu ads. You cannot exit out of them like you can other ads. You have to hit the back button to exit and most times it will take you back to very beginning of game.... Otherwise you lose where you were and it restarts round
