I've had these bulbs and app for several years, I'm handicapped and rely on this to work lately they update and add "new features" and are forced to restart all over and it's never NEVER at a good time and nothing is saved. ifbyour thinking about getting these don't. nothing worse then starting over every few months after everything has been working fine.

This has to be the worst app I have ever used. I put a SD card in my camera and I can't get it to rec to it. Next if it gets placed in the bg it stops recording. It also stops rec for no reason when I set it up to record over nite I'm using a Samsung A54 5G running on Android 14 & a tablet running android 11 and I have the same prob with both units. I wonder if they are doing this in order to force us to buying their cloud service. Either way the app is nothing more than garbage on 2 diff units

Works okay but buggy. Especially since the update, getting my devices to load takes way longer than before. I keep a shortcut for my lights on my home screen and usually i have to click it, wait a while, go to the main app screen, then go back to the light in order for it to connect, which is very annoying. Sometimes it takes multiple tries. It used to just be slow to connect but now I have to go in and out.
