too bad for riders no appropriate response from yango support in fact they just replied" will be there back ASAP" I was theirs' support section but I face terrible response, should have at least a proper support centre with call facility but no. Hence,it only provides benefits to the passenger not for riders and didnt explained about fare. I travelled for 16 km with passenger but recieved only 137 NRP which is lower than the lowest. passenger and rider must equally proirtize.

as a driver I have the worst experience with this app this is a cheater app no safety for passenger and driver support not working properly service fee is too high almost 19% no documentation verification for anyone offline or online dose not mater company assign orders any time assigned order complete at anytime at any cost this app is not good for both bouness is a lolypop they will pay you from your fear

Reasons for Low Rating 1. Exploitation: Couriers are not treated fairly, with low prices of orders while high price on service fee, fuel price is high but not considering that. 2. Lack of User Care: The app prioritizes profits over user experiences and well-being. Riders and drivers complaints are not heard no matter the situation. 3. Poor business practices ; action taken by yango support team, is considered a violation. Even after contacting the support, use less app
