Saying there is no network and not signing in. Edit: It worked randomly for a while and now it is back to saying "no network connection". This is extremely frustrating as I have purchased tickets and would be unable to access them. 2nd edit: I typed that address into a browser and it opened up my Ballpark App. Which I cannot sign into. The help link there leads to an error page.

This app is trash. They will lock your account without notice, force you to call, wait on hold, won't tell you why other than to escalate it for another day, tell you that you have to go to the stadium's support with the confirmation, only to be told that's not good enough, and you can't print physical tickets. But you can't access the tickets you paid for.

My tickets were in Google wallet which meant I couldn't check in to the game properly. Concession finder is the worst chat bot and repeatedly got sections wrong or was making up locations. MLB website pointing to this app as the only place to find concession information is awful. I want a list! I can search a list! Not your terrible chatbot that thinks "jerk chicken" means I need a phone number for security. Having to favorite every single team to see information about the stadium is also bad.
