this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level.

Hello! Our game is made in Free-to-play format. Indeed, if you take your time and accumulate rewards, even the hardest level can be completed without buying! At the end of each hotel there are endless levels, when you pass them you can accumulate rewards ;)

I love this game enough to rate it 4 or 5 stars but the gem problems are just too bad. The only way to earn gems fast 4 free is by winning levels, but once starter momentum wears off coin levels are impossible if you don't have enough upgrades or special customers which renders the game unplayable. I feel a level shouldn't be unbeatable with a perfect score when I only have two more upgrades to go on that particular city. And getting the 15-30 gems I need from ads takes potential hours or days.

Hello, every level of every hotel can be completed without making purchases, we are monitoring this and are constantly working on improving the balance of the game! You can also get crystals and coins in daily rewards, in-game events, Bank menu and infinite levels. You will definitely be able to do all the upgrades and complete any hotel.

The game is fine in the beginning. As it progresses, it's more difficult to meet the goals. Mostly because every upgrade costs 8+ diamonds, and you can only earn 1 or 2 diamonds at a time. Also you have to watch ads for everything, including to collect the rewards you already "earned." Feels like the only way to progress is to spend money.

In our game you can pass all levels without having to make purchases. We recommend exchanging crystals and coins for hotel improvements. This will help you to progress gradually.
There are many ways to get crystals in the game. You can earn them by completing tasks, getting daily rewards and using the Bank menu.
