About this game

We fused card games and roguelikes together to make the best single player deckbuilder we could. Craft a unique deck, encounter bizarre creatures, discover relics of immense power, and Slay the Spire!

Features
- Dynamic Deck Building: Choose your cards wisely! Discover hundreds of cards to add to your deck with each attempt at climbing the Spire. Select cards that work together to efficiently dispatch foes and reach the top.
- An Ever-changing Spire: Whenever you embark on a journey up the Spire, the layout differs each time. Choose a risky or safe path, face different enemies, choose different cards, discover different relics, and even fight different bosses!
- Powerful Relics to Discover: Powerful items known as relics can be found throughout the Spire. The effects of these relics can greatly enhance your deck through powerful interactions. But beware, obtaining a relic may cost you more than just gold.

The game itself is amazing, but there are just a couple small things related to it being a mobile port that keep it from being perfect. Primarily, hand interactions, like deselecting held cards, can be annoyingly janky. Due to this jank, it is also possible (and plausible, as it's happened to me) to accidentally play a card when you meant to put it down. I wish they'd just polish this a bit, since it's at the core of the game. If they did, I'd gladly give 5 stars.

Much like other reviews are stating, this is the gold standard of roguelike/lite deckbuilders. However, I too am having the crash-upon-launch bug, and I am locked out right now as a result. Do not buy until this is fixed. Edit: This review is now out of date, and the game is fixed. I once again can safely recommend this game! Second edit: the game is broken again.

Awesome game, but controls are wonky. Maybe I'm an idiot and there's something I don't understand, but often I will want to look at a card just to see what it is but not necessarily play it. I'll then try to tap the card next to it and it will just play the first card. It's just clunky enough that I don't even want to play it anymore at this point. I mean, at least make it where you can read the cards before you select them... otherwise, it's good, but this issue is game breaking
