It's a nightmare trying to get into my account now. Warning do not change your phone number if you have them because it's a nightmare to get back into your account since it requires a stupid code get texted instead of just username and password. Also I tried calling them weeks ago to fix this problem it never got fixed even though they told me it got fixed. Great I may have to leave and go to a different insurance plan. Not bad coverage it's just stuff like this is a pain.

Has been saying "unknown error" since I started using the App. The previous APP before the "upgrade" (which was a DOWNGRADE) APP was forced on us worked flawlessly for years. Their "fix" was to call in and order by item number, reciting each number & quantity instead of putting my order in and hitting submit. Went from a 10 minute max to a 20 minute minimum ordeal to order what I need since you have to ask the representative to repeat what they're saying 3 or 5 times.

I downloaded the app and went step by step to set up my account, but after I did that, every time I try to and get logged in, my password gets denied, the app kept telling me that my account info is not correct, i deleted the app and went back a couple of days later, and downloaded the app, and still couldn't get in, my password is not correct, so I ended up calling UHC
