Lazy girl will customize your work out plan based on your preference, You don't even have to crawl out of bed. You get them done, out of the way, before even getting up.. which set the tone for the rest of your day. Who knew just a few minutes a day you can feel the transformation beging. Which I have to say it's kinda addicted in a good way, which makes so much easier to keep coming back each day. Simple,makes an impact and my day is positively more productive. I'll up date my results, TY!

This app is mostly a paid for app but there are some workouts that are free that aren't that bad there isn't a very big selection but the workout that you can do what about my know for sure very picky about workout apps but this one has that I am willing to do everyday for 30 days not too bad it includes the warm up a cool down and the workout in with all three of those it still isn't very long of a workout which works perfect for me and it's not too hard either ♡
