This is the most ridiculous app I have ever used. It's unorganized, it's not straightforward. You have to book seats for 95% of trains which cost extra. If you have a problem, you have to email customer service so good luck catching your train or getting a response in time. When booking a seat, the app redirects you to another website and will tell you that train does not exist even though it is clearly on the app. This will turn your relaxing vacation into an anxiety filled $#!% show. 0 Stars

I wish I could give it NEGATIVE 5 Stars. Never have I experienced such a ridiculous, chaotic, worthless app - which I was REQUIRED to use in order to use my Eurail pass. When I pay hundreds of dollars for 5 days, a smooth experience seems like a reasonable expectation. Instead, it seems like it is purposely difficult, inaccurate, and inconsistent to the point of seeming like a fraudulent scam. Suggestion for improvement - just give a QR code for each day that is activated

confusing to use when you're using it for the first time. and there is no help anywhere. rail employees will tell you it's not their problem. and the passes aren't that useful. many routes are unavailable and almost all come with additional fees. you're better off purchasing rail tickets individually through the actual train apps.
