I like the progression through topics, the various techniques covered, and the music and voice in the guided meditations. Highly recommend giving it a go, and if you like it, subscribe to support the developers and invest in yourself.

The calming background music, soothing voice of the guide, and the simple steps through each short meditation really make a huge difference in my mood, interactions with others, and my ability to sleep well each night. Definitely an app worth trying out! So give it a test run, you will be pleasantly surprised.

I used to have many sleepless nights. Now I look forward to my 30 minutes of meditation each night before bed and fall asleep immediately after. I especially love the relaxing escapes. The sessions can get a bit repetitive, which frustrated me at first. But now I welcome the routine. I was looking for a "quick fix" for my insomnia and found something that is now a favorite part of my day.
