App feels like it was built 5 years ago. No Google Pay support. The app doesn't play nicely with Gboard's autofill so I had to manually enter my CC # in, haven't done that in a long time. Poor UX choices, the cart can feel hidden at times as the icon isn't on many screens. Lots of friction just to order coffee.

Good coffee, had issues with first order but since then everything has been very good. They don't seem to be overly quick to respond to messages/emails in my experience, I sent an email stating that the grind I received was incorrect and never heard back. So as long as you don't need customer service apparently, you'll like the coffee.

Stone Street is the best coffee that I've ever had. Although there are some exceptions with some stores/markets that carry the item and try to overprice it. One time, I went to Fresh and Save/King Kullen in Ridgewood. There are usually 12 ounces per bag, but this one said a 1LB. And it was packed like they packed it themselves in the store with their own Brooklyn roast. Other than that, it's the only coffee I will drink, but I refuse to buy it from that supermarket anymore since I was dooped.
