I'm really enjoying this app. The instructions are super clear and easy to follow. I'm training according to coach sessions recommended by coach+ chat, and sessions really suits my requirements. However, I would prefer to have sessions for various sports trainings. For example, I would highly appreciate it if there would be sessions for football (soccer) players. Also periodic analytics would be great to have.

I have been using this app for more than a year and I have to say this is the best replacement for the gym anyone can find. I have lost more than 7 kgs of weight by using their workout plans. The best thing about this app is the option to select the equipment you have and it will create your workout plan based on the availability. Another good thing is the option to change your workout time for those days when you don't feel like doing the workout.

It's not bad. I generally prefer the targeted workouts, and don't rely exclusively on this app. Today the coach wanted me to do 6sets of 20x forward lunges with weight. I think 3sets is plenty. I switched to another exercise after 3. Kinda weird. Other times it's had me do kettlebell swings ( with rests) for 13 to 15 minutes. Pretty boring. it really doesn't seem like there's any AI behind this.
