Giving you one star, so can catch your attention maybe, will happily give 5 stars once you respond to the suggestion. For enroute requests feature, you should make it more user friendly. The driver should have the option to select that how far a pick up location and a drop off location can be from his own starting point and his own destination, because that is the main purpose of enroute requests. Besides this, you should show the time that a driver will take to reach the pick up location.

I am a courier on yango. the fact that we cannot skip or cancel far distance orders without losing a point is stressful. Sometimes others come in chain, meaning multiple pickups and drop offs at a time. After accepting the order and a customer particularly one in the middle cancel an order, it creates a gap of depth. meaning you are going to travel extra miles without being paid for in order to fulfill the rest of the orders. And counselling these orders is going to cost you at least 16 points.

i understand the always changing bonus structure. the map can be improved to be clearer. I also understand the pro level system's vision and how you want it to encourage drivers to take more rides, except that it only does the opposite. every Yango driver I know went from high pro level to less than 10 points, always in the red because of customers behaviours and because of no flexibility from the support team to reallocate those points if the situation is exceptional. Drivers will keep leaving.
