Ecerytime the app gets an update something stops working. I tried 6 times to pay for my food through the app and kept getting an error. I finally gave up and called in and then had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I could place my order. if the app is to be more efficient then they need to do better

Similar to other reviews, I too have been unable to place an order in the app. Each time I attempt to add an item to my cart, the pickup details window doesn't open all the way and I cannot proceed. I've tried to start over and uninstall/reinstall, but the issue remains. I also had a birthday reward that I couldn't even use because the app didn't recognize the code. Sad. The developers or whomever need to look into this and fix it.

It would be a great app if it actually let you place the order. Instead, I got an error that the pick up time "was no longer available". After trying various pick up times, I placed the order on Longhorn's glitchy website. Lo and behold, my original pick up time worked and my order was confirmed. I'm uninstalling this, it's not worth keeping an app that can't place the order like it claims it can.
