Frustrating Experience. I can never place an order for pick-up. I'm constantly told Payment Failed (plenty of $$) or the address is wrong (it's not). I have to repeatedly change my order from shipping to pick-up. App can't ever remember my store and 9 out of 10 times when I search for something I just get a spinning blue wheel. Aggravating experience all the way around.

No wonder JoAnn is going bankrupt. Many of the app issues are ongoing since 2019! Clearly they don't want to fix the app. It's clunky, glitchy, and crashes constantly. Shopping bag switches items from Pick Up to Ship. You have to exit/reopen the app to change it back but can only change 1 item at a time. Checkout just says error processing every time. Says items in shopping bag are out of stock all of a sudden, changes from Pick Up to Ship, & qty. Takes time to load after every action. 0/5.

App is a bit slow, and when my orders FINALLY ship, I can't track them at all. I can't track them in my Joann emails and not in the app. I thought my phone was the issue, until I realized that I had no problems tracking my orders from other apps flawlessly. This app is really working my nerves and I'm about to be done with it overall. I don't get this headache with the Michael's app.
