Vrbo is not user intuitive, it lacks features like automated messages, limited size of images, often the app does not load well. Also they do not offer much support for their hosts, I have yet to have a good experience when I call to get assistance. on top of all of that it frequently un links for my hosting app and then I have double bookings and I get penalized. I have had some great guests but more often then not I have had issues with the guests from vrbo.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that some features you would like aren't available. We constantly evaluate our site to to make it more customer friendly. We will take your suggestion under consideration for future enhancements and updates. Please make sure your app if up to date to ensure the latest fixes are installed.

Same dumb glitches as usual. I hate when I get a booking on this app because you can't even do the basic things. I can't even send a message to my upcoming guest right now b/c the keyboard won't even come up. I'll have to text or email them outside the app which I hate doing. I never conduct business outside the app, if I can avoid it, unless it's absolutely necessary. VRBO should definitely take app course at Airbnb. Their app is user friendly and super efficient.

This app just keeps getting worse and worse. Tapping on a push notification, opens that app, then errors. Going to the calendar shows "a network error has occurred. Please try again.", but tapping retry, just shows the error again. Message thread shows message with the wrong time stamp. What time zone does it think I'm in? It's just a mess.
