Used the app for a few months and liked it. But it doesn't seem to work while offline on a Samsung S21. I noticed this while trying to use the app on airplane mode on a plane. Tried working with the help desk folks but they were unable to understand the issue. After about 10 emails back and forth I decided to cancel the subscription. There are too many alternatives in this space to settle for an app that doesn't work offline.

To better understand the issue, could you kindly provide a short video demonstrating what happens when you try to use our app offline? This would greatly assist us in improving our service. Best flash cards app that I have used. I have always used Anki and done all of the manual work of adding voice translations and finding pictures to add to my language study cards. Now, those painful and long days of adding cards has been made simple and easy. This is everything I could want in a flash cards app and I would love to see a desktop version.

This is definitely the best flashcard app for languages. The type it game forces me to keep trying till it's right - perfect 👍. The recall it game, beginning from native where my mind has to come up with the word was what I was looking for. I would love to see the spaced repetition based on more than binary forgot/recalled. Maybe automatically, based in the 10sec countdown timer? Being able to add imgs 👍👍 & everything else about the app super lit! I immediately bought premium.
