By the time you pay the increased prices & all the fees (not including any tip) you are paying at least twice as much than in store prices. I have tried to take advantage of a few promotion discounts but then they revoke them just as soon as it shows in my account. It still shows in my account but they will not work. Customer service says they have been revoked. Yet, the app continues to send me reminders to use them... Useless app, and worse customer service. So many better options out there.

Every time I try to make a purchase, it always gives me an error and says it couldn't process my request. this happens every single time on my Samsung s24, but when I use my iPhone 12 pro max, it works, and that is just ridiculous. other apps like Instacart work fine on my Samsung. I tried to get help through customer service, and all it does is send me to FAQ. I never once received help from customer service because it is non-existent. This has been happening for months.

Defenetly the worst among all of the curriers available. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but they failled not twice but 3 times in a row, not sure if a lot of people had the issue of the drivers cancelling and another driver picking up the order and be delayed, on top of everything customer service doesnt help...try to go through the app's help feature and it's frustrating af, to bad I can't give them "0" stars, never again, not recomended.
