there was nothing wrong with smartline. GoDaddy replaced smart line with conversations and it was a mistake. audio is cutting out or calls being dropped completely. too messy of an interface with email, instagram, messenger and calls and texts on one platform. difficult to go back and find text threads with customers. contact search has too long of lag time

I had Smartline before and it was sooo much better. This one freezes constantly and takes way too long for messages to get through. It is very unreliable on WiFi but I don't have caller ID if I use data. It has been an awful experience so far. Update -6/17/25 changed my password yesterday. Now can't use app at all. Customer service is trying to blame it on my browser even though it happened right after I changed my PW and I've been using the same browser the entire time

App handles calls poorly. You'll get the loading screen of death when attempting to check messages older messages & will often need to open & close the app several times before it updates with the most recent (or any missed) calls. Will occasionally ring with no option to pick up unless you manually ope. the app to locate it. A downgrade from the previous app.
