this has to be one of the worst apps I've ever used. Fire the whole dev team and start over. It hardly ever works, it's almost ALWAYS having some sort of error etc. The people that work at the store hate it because they have to hear constant frustration with it. Just start over. the old version at least worked, even if it had its issues sometimes. this version is awful.

I have been trying to get into the app for 2 days now, and every time its telling me my password is wrong, so i tried to change it, would've been easy except it kept on closing. My system is telling me it has a bug. I cleared cache, ran my antivirus software etc. But nada. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it's your turn. I'm using Samsung galaxy s22. Please fix. I tried to contact you directly, but even that didn't work.

In the 10+ years I've had a phone, I have never once felt the need to rate an app until now. This app is claustrophobic, contains poor design, and is inexplicably slow despite its lack of features. On it's own this would be annoying but at least bearable, but this app exists to replace the website for appointment signups, making it not only impossible to ignore, but actively creates comparisons to the older, superior webpage.
