Carbon Diet Coach is your nutrition solution for results that LAST. Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, improve your metabolism, or simply maintain your weight, Carbon Diet Coach removes the guesswork.

Carbon Diet Coach is a science-based nutrition app designed by renowned nutrition coaches Dr. Layne Norton (Ph.D. Nutritional Sciences) and Registered Dietitian Keith Kraker (BS Dietetics).

It does everything a normal nutrition coach would but at a fraction of the cost. Simply select your goal, answer a few short questions, and it does the rest! You will get a customized nutrition plan based on YOUR goals and metabolism.

What's more, Carbon will adjust the plan as you progress to optimize your results. If you hit a plateau or stall, Carbon will make adjustments to keep you progressing towards your goal, just like any good coach would. Our coaching system uses the latest techniques in nutrition science to make sure you get the best results possible.

I was at a plateau with trying to lose the last 10 pounds. It wasn't until I started using this app that I was able to break through my plateau. The calories/macros settings/adjustments they are able to do are what have helped me. While I thought I had it figured out, it took me using this app since it comes with a coach who has made all the difference in the world. I was previously using My Fitness Pal. If you are trying to get through a plateau, I would highly recommend trying this app.

I've used countless tracking apps, even as basic as My Fitness Pal.... nothing come close to Carbon. it takes nearly all the guesswork work out and the algorithms are nearly flawless. I've seen much more progress following the app guides in my personal fitness journey, whether it was basic gyming or my transition to my powerlift journey.

I've been using the app for about a month so far. The check in thing is cool and I feel like the macro targets are really spot on for me. The only annoying thing is the food search is pretty bad. Like, I will type the exact name and it won't pop up. To the point where searching for certain foods is a pain, and it discourages logging food... which is kinda the whole point. So, if they could make that better then I would probably keep using it. But at this point I will probably go back to Lose It!
