I've played this game on and off for years, love the style and everything. The grind can be lengthy at times but usually not bad. However, this new Christmas event is impossible to complete, the points you get for completing orders is severely imbalanced. The items are very inconsistent as well, it's a lengthy event but despite daily play i find myself only at level 22 of 70. I'm disappointed in the event even with gems this is simply not possible when the generator gives you 1 every 100 taps

Just today, the option to watch ads for energy disappeared, and the only option to get more is to wait or to use gems. The only way to get more gems is to purchase them. I like having the option to watch ads for more energy, and that had become a part of my daily routine with this game. This is really annoying because I was so close to finishing a side quest, and I am not sure if I can now. Removing the option to watch ads for rewards is not the way to keep my engagement

Generators and item drops have improved. Better story implementation. Overall it's in a much better state. Big Con: please allow for the board to expand or at the very least don't have the events on the same board. Space is already limited, it's too tedious to sort out what to keep and get rid of to make room. update: dropped to two stars. stop with the bundle pushes. once is enough. Every time I leave a menu it's a bundle being pushed. stop.
