App is poor. If you're going to force people to use an app to access tickets purchased, at least make it easier to use. I bought tickets for the Test Championship at Lord's & the app says the tickets are there. When I try to view them - which is presumably what I will need to access the stadium - they do not appear. Instead, I get a screen that says 'swipe to view more tickets' which doesn't work. Very frustrating. There's some smallprint that says wait up to 48 hours.. really?

Hi,
Sorry to hear you were having problems. If you're able to view ticket details (Eg. Gate, Stand, Row, Seat) - that is perfectly normal. For security purposes, the QR code appears 48 hours before the actual day of ticket. If you're not even able to view basic info, Let us know at digitalproduct@icc-cricket.com and we will look into it.

Just installed to try to get my tickets for the icc world test championship and it keeps crashing. I tried several times to set up an account even though I just want my tickets and the app crashed, really bad quality. Needs testing properly if this is going to be the only way I can get my very expensive tickets. Way to turn off customers.

If I choose my favorite team or country, shouldn’t your app show upcoming matches for them? But nothing happens! 😞 Why even add that option if it doesn’t work? I can’t find today’s match—LOL! 😆 It only shows Test matches. Is this app just for Test countries? I end up Googling "current day match" and adding "ICC TV" to find the match page. Why make users do that? 🤣 This app should make finding matches easier, not harder. Very disappointing and frustrating. 😑
