it has good moments but it is definitely lacking. the microphone will have a hard time when im speaking words and comes nowhere close to what I said and also when I use the ai talk partner feature it would work if it gave feedback for the whole conversation not just the first initial talking points to pass the section.

Just a proof that you should test your app a thousand times before deploying it if you're heavily dependent on AI. The app has countless issues from faulty audio receptors to making exercises for words and phrases you never learned in the first place, to not understanding how the sentence structure works in some languages. Edit: the app just restarted my progress on a course for no reason. Useless.

It's good, but has a lot of room to improve. If you're learning Japanese, I wouldn't recommend this until you're closer to intermediate. It places you in an intermediate course even if you're a beginner. The AI processing is also pretty slow. Sometimes takes up to 10 seconds to provide simple feedback. It's also not always accurate and will make incorrect suggestions. Lastly, billing is a mess. Trial ended early on Day 7, so I assumed it cancelled. Then I was charged a day later...
