I've wasted my time with this app along with many other users in Australia. Very disappointing to attempt to use, every time I download it and set my location it's still in USD not AUD. Even when I go to my account there is no option to change it. It has left me wondering this morning..... How many sales have you lost Lorna Jane?

Hi Bridget, I apologise for the issue you're experiencing with the app displaying in USD. Please ensure that your device language is set to English (Australia) under Settings. When updated, it will automatically update the app to display AUD. Please reach out to our Live Chat team via the app or website for further assistance if required

Gives an error message when trying to add something to the cart. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem. It's a shame because the app is easy to search and navigate. Removing permanently now.

Terrible, terrible app! Wasted my time downloading and setting up an account. It gave to option to set my location, but the pop up box disappeared before I managed to do anything. Hence, the products were shown in USD while I'm in Australia. Thought adding my address would help but it didn't. Tried to look for a Lorna Jane Australia app but didn't appear they have a different app. Decided to delete me account since this is useless, but kept saying my password is incorrect (!!). Waste of time!
