Why I can't open a new account via this app? this app is not work properly. I've tried several time to open an account. But after the NAFAD verification the app server is stuck on previous page. It can't take me to next page . I beg request to the authorities fix that bug immediately.

Update: Props for listening to feedback regarding the intro music & allowing us to disable it. Previously had this at 1 star, I'm bumping it up to 3. Why not 5? Because intro's still unskippable. -- When i want to login to my bank im doing so to get something done quickly. What I'm not keen on doing, at all, is announce to the whole world that I'm logging into my bank account. Give me an option to skip AND mute the intro that you've added in the latest update. It's poor user experience

Stupid rule to not be able to use with VPN. People have corporate requirements for VPN. Ten years after they should have, they have finally introduced biometric login. And now this fiasco with LAK rewards not showing up in the app while the website has been shut down. Downgraded to 2 stars.
