Widget was constantly malfunctioning, so I stopped removing it, opening the app, and adding it again. Now, after several weeks of not bothering with the thing, I can't log into the app at all😡. This poc keeps asking for my password over and over, redirecting to what appears to be an external browser page, with no result!

Just transferred all content to a new cell, but couldn't call out or text. Automated device said 4 different times, it was activated. Finally pressed CHAT in this app & got a brilliant Cust Serv rep (Rinaly) who was fantastic. He thoroughly checked out my phone & Activated it, as it really was not Activated like automated thing said. He gave very detailed instructions to follow while he waited for me to complete. Been a TF customer for years & am so grateful. Thank you.

Having the same log in failure issues as several other folks. Have tried uninstall/reinstall several times. Also, tried log in using phone#, e-mail, Sim id, etc. Nothing works. I've been using this app for several years and it's always worked great. Please help. Update: Thank you Frank, I don't know what you did but, the app is back up and running.
