it all started really good then my account was automatically deactivated, it's been 5 days now I'm still trying to get them to reactivate it. it's so frustrating because they keep telling me someone is already working on my ticket so no one else can look into it but this someone is not getting back to me even after I've provided all the information they asked. I don't know if I should just creat another account with a different email.

it's beneficial for emergencies. I absolutely appreciate this app and those that are similar to it. Tried getting funds on this app during the weekend, and kept running into all kinds of trouble. Sometimes it wouldn't even let me log in, then every step just was so difficult it wouldn't send my verification code to me, and it wouldn't go past the address. It was just stuck on that screen everytime I pressed next it didn't do anything or said error. Very disappointed.
