X1 closed my account since I didn't carry a balance with them and hadn't recently used my account. There was no warning or recommendations to use card to keep service going. This is also one of my lowest credit limit cards and interest rate is too high. I also tried to reach out to customer service to keep account open and they refused. Do not use X1, there are many other better credit card companies available with no interest periods, higher credit limits, and better cash back programs.

Early on, but so far really love this super tech-forward company and app (& of less importance, but still cool, the quality of the physical card as well)! I also love the various virtual card options available in the app... this is a killer, super cool feature... I don't know any other credit cards that that offers virtual card features anywhere close to this one. I also appreciate that they started me off with a generous starting credit limit.

It is very innovative compared to traditional banking, and I like the setups and incentives offered. There are many ways to get points, however, I do wish the points can be redeemed for full value for the retailers that get them back at less than a cent. By making the redemption to a full cent, you can capitalize on having more people purchase at that particular reatiler, rather than using other cards to make the purchase instead of X1, they will more likely use the X1 card(drawing people in)
