Airthings View Plus is a bit quirky when it comes to hub connections, but if I ignore the apparent (not real) dropouts and disconnects, the Airthings device and app work great! The newer View Plus firmware version adds 2 sensors to the paper display for a total of 4, including outdoor air temp. (I wish I could see the device firmware version in the app) I appreciate the integration to Home Assistant to facilitate automations The Airthings app and View Plus are continually improving

There are some inconsistencies in data display and occasional holes in data sampling. These kind of bugs raise questions about whether there are hidden bugs in data capture. Also, they have an option for turning off 'offers, news and tips', but they still show ads for their products in the app when this is turned off. The app unnecessarily requires Internet access to work, a big problem for me. There is no app option for data download, you must use their website for that.

Hi there, there can be a small delay in the app vs the screen of the device since the data must be sent to the cloud before it is shown on the app. Additionally, we are aware of the occasional data gaps in sampling and are working on a fix for this as we speak. Please reach out to support@airthings.com regarding you getting ads in the app.

Worked fine for over a month. now I can't even use the app. it says that webview is preventing the app from functioning. since when? this never was a problem before, I have three devices that cost me $200 a piece that we're working fine and sending data to my phone and now, the reason I purchased the devices in order to push data to my phone, no longer can happen. I can't log in, I can't access the app, nothing. pure junk and I want my money back for all the devices if this isn't fixed.
