Since the most recent update, this app is a data hog. It has blown through my monthly data in 2 weeks twice now and I can prove it with screenshot. I blocked it from using mobile data this morning, but sure enough, more massive data transfers later in the day and my app info for cloud is the one that went up. I have removed all permissions and disabled the app. Hopefully that will stop it, but based on it still running mobile in the background when it isn't supposed to doesn't give me hope

Thanks for your feedback. The data use is related to the file sizes of photos, etc. being uploaded from your phone to the AT&T Personal Cloud via the cell network. Have you tried uploading to the cloud when you are on WiFi? Thank you, AT&T

I have cloud apps; Google (2 accnts), Google Photos, Google One, Drive 1 & 2, Facebook, Windows, Picasa, Dropbox, etc. Every time I get another cloud app it just sucks up all my old photos again and reports it's full. This drives me crazy! I am not paying for another storage unit in the cloud.

The amt of space is great but there's just not enough flexibility. Why wouldn't I just use Samsung or Google's service? I mean, they're usually already baked into the device anyway. There needs to be more flexibility as well, for example like with Google Drive or One Drive; i have the ability to upload whatever i want. Plus, ATT cloud is like an all or nothing deal (u can turn on photos, but it's gonna back up ALL you're photos) u don't even have the ability to choose which items u wana back up!
